30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we do not provide returns for international orders, as Australia Post currently does not offer this service.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, and with original packaging).

We accept returns only for the entire order, not individual items within the order.
Please note that returns due to size issues for personal use customers will not be permitted. We are a wholesaler for resellers.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at vintagewholesaleaustralia@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to return the item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at vintagewholesaleaustralia@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds will not include shipping costs incurred during the order.
Exchanges
If you choose to exchange your order for store credit, it will include any shipping costs incurred during the order.
Bale Refunds
We do not provide refunds or returns for our 45kg bales as these are directly from our suppliers, and we cannot verify the exact contents for the purpose of returns.
