Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes, we have a minimum spend of $75.00 total.
What are the payment options?
We accept PayPal, and Credit/Debit Card.
What quality can I expect?
We mainly sell Grade A items (good condition, though some may have washable marks or stains). There may be up to 10-20% Grade B items (showing heavier wear, such as un-washable marks, stains, or small rips/holes). We do not sell Grade C vintage.
Where do you source your items?
Our items are sourced from Europe and the USA.
Are the clothes clean?
As we deal with thousands of second-hand clothes, we do not wash the items. We highly recommend you wash them upon delivery.
Can I choose specific items or brands?
No, as we are a wholesaler and not a vintage store, we do not offer this service. All product categories are packed with top-brand vintage items to ensure shop owners can make decent profits.
Shipping
What are your shipping costs?
Australia: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight at checkout.
New Zealand + International: Shipping prices are calculated automatically based on weight/volume at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused.

Unfortunately, we do not provide returns for international orders due to the limitations of Australia Post’s return services.
